A former Foreign Minister of Benin Republic, Prof. Nassariou Bako-Arifari, paid a courtesy visit to Philomath University. He was warmly received by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Gylych Jelilov, and the Registrar, Mr Yasar Aktekin.
